Remember the other night when I was all … I’m on an adrenaline crash … and … gosh, I really need a goal … and all that noise? My pal Hollie, over at Muscles & Munchkins, was ready and waiting with a butt-kicking, badass, 30-day workout bonanza, and I’m already reaching for the arnica.
